Dan grew up in England, played youth soccer in the Leeds United Academy, played college soccer at Western Michigan University, became an NCAA DI All-American and Conference Player of the Year, captained WMU to the Sweet Sixteen, and is currently in his third professional season with Forge FC.

Brennan is from Kalamazoo, Michigan. He was named Michigan Player of the Year and an All-American, played with Kalamazoo Kingdom, played at Western Michigan University, transferred to University of Kentucky, won a Sun Belt Conference championship, made two NCAA Sweet Sixteen appearances, and later signed with Huntsville City, the MLS Next Pro partner of Nashville SC.
